Michael was loved by many for his loving nature and sense of humor. He loved children and made them laugh. He had two stepchildren, Chelsea and Michael, that he loved as if they were his own and was very attentive to and attended all their school activities and assisted them with their homework. Michael worked in construction in Painted Post, NY and surrounding areas. As a young boy he attended Boy Scouts and earned his badges up to the rank of First Star. He played Junior and Varsity Football throughout his high school year as well as Little League baseball and YMCA soccer. He loved Nascar racing and was devastated when Dale Earnhart died. Not even his mother could interrupt his watching races on Sundays. Michael was a handsome young man with a zest for life. He was always the life of the party. It is just so sad that he didn't realize how loved he was and that he needed medical help. Michael was going through depression which led to his suicide. He leaves behind his mother, Linda Stilson; and his wife, Tammy Stilson and his step-children, Michael and Chelsea; stepsister Lori Coad and stepbrother, Scott Stilson ; and many friends and family who mourn his loss.
Michael, I pray that you are at peace now, and safe in the arms of our dear Lord. My heart is broken until we meet again. We love you, Michael!!! Forever and always, your loving Mom
